Business is an M&A intermediary presenting the following company for sale: Industrial Flow Control Founded in 1973 and based in the Northeast, the business is an international company providing engineering and manufacturing custom solutions for the Hydropower and Water Control (Environmental) industry. The business is a leader in the design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation of custom steel hydro-control projects (for dams & lakes) such as water control gates, trash rakes, cranes, and hoist systems for both large and small water control projects. The Company manufactures a wide variety of custom fabricated products including gearboxes, platforms, gear assemblies, and machine gearboxes designed to exacting customer specifications. The Company’s revenue is 100% project based with revenue equally split between Government such as the US Corps of Engineers, and Private such as Public Utilities, and municipalities. The Business manages a backlog of $20 17 million with a pipeline between $30-$40 million. The owner bought the business in 2003 as an employee, and now he is approaching retirement age. He desires to sell to a buyer who is motivated to pursue the pipeline. He is open to staying on post close to help in the transition. The business has approximately 50 employees, which includes five engineers. 2023 revenue of $7.8 million with 2024 revenue of $12 million. Adjusted EBITDA is $1 million.
