Expansion is pretty easy. The commercial properties have managers, and they also manage other properties and are friends with other properties, a very scripted letter to them, letting them know that you are capable of handling more work would help them pass the word.

For the most part, my competition is very cool and will work with me. If I have ever had any questions they were very considerate and answered all questions and they have also done some work for me when I was injured.
