The Italian Hall Events Centre

The Italian Hall Events Centre has a rich and colourful history and you can be a part of it! This solidly-constructed and carefully-maintained facility has hosted gatherings for decades, and it remains THE place to get married in The Alberni Valley. Should you wish to take advantage of pent-up demand created by COVID-19 and continue offering this structure for rentals, the building is outfitted with everything you'll need for weddings, memorial services, and all the other functions that people will be excited to organize as the pandemic gradually subsides. The hall sits on a .45 acre corner lot, and offers 13,500 square feet over several levels. Both floors feature fully-equipped FOODSAFE kitchens and bars with liquor licenses. The Italian Hall Events Centre has a strong online presence and a number of regular clients {including Canadian Blood Services}, so you can hit the ground running if you'd like to take over this business. Alternatively, you can make this space your own. The property's P-1 zoning allows for a multitude of uses: cultural or recreational assembly, childcare, community care, dormitory, hostel, medical service, office, personal service, place of worship, school, tutoring services, supportive housing, and transition house. A restaurant is also a possibility and, indeed, 4065 6th was once home to an upscale Italian eatery called La Bruschetta Bistro. This versatile, high-quality venue could easily be transformed to meet your particular requirements. Arrange a tour today!  By appointment only.
