The current owner, who is preparing for retirement, has reduced business operations significantly, making this an excellent opportunity for a new owner to capitalize on. Summer camps were discontinued in 2020, but a new owner will likely want to reinstate them due to their potential for significant income. Currently, the Centre offers summer lessons and is open only two days a week. Reinstatement of the entire program schedule could lead to significant expansion.

Owner began her Music Learning Centre in 1995 with three teachers and 30 students and the Centre now boasts hundreds of students every year and the number of teachers ranges from 18 to 25. The front entranceway of the Centre displays the year after year awards for BEST OF as won by the Centre every year in the Reader’s Choice Awards. It also won the #1 Music School in the area in 2019 & 2020 and has continuously won Best Of since the Reader's Choice Awards began in 2007. This establishment has proved itself as the place to go for the finest and most inexpensive music lessons for the entire family in all of the immediate area.
