Historic Building

Calling all Creative Investors! Calling all Creative Investors. This stately stone structure originally built and operated as the Aguilar State Bank is an architectural wonder and is listed on the State Historical Building Registry opening the door for grant opportunities. Built in 1912, the original Safe is still in tact and would make an incredible focal point for the next business. The Building has been cleaned out and is ready for construction. What will it become? The potential is unlimited with the square footage and Main Street location. It would make a great Bed and Breakfast, Open Air Coffee Shop or Mobile Food Vendor base with outdoor seating for events or meetings, or go all out with executive loft apartments. There is an addition on the back of the building that has Warehouse/Storage potential.
