Rare opportunity to purchase a highly coveted, Automatic Tunnel, Touchless, and Self-serve Car Wash business in breathtaking Salmon Arm, BC, alongside the breathtaking Shuswap Lake. Lucrative businesses with 2025 revenue of $730,000.00 and projected 2026 revenue of $860,000.00. Two convenient adjacent locations directly across the Trans Canada Highway are offered for sale. GLOW Auto Wash is the region’s premier, consecutive award-winning “Best in the Shuswap” Car Wash. The first of two locations showcases the Industry Gold standard MacNeil Tunnel wash, a PDQ Touchless wash and 2 Self-serve car wash bays. GLOW Auto Wash location 2 offers 4 self-serve car wash bays and outdoor/indoor vacuum/shampooing stations. This close proximity makes customer access and servicing both sites extremely convenient. Each location offers different wash and or vacuum options, so each site has a very different “regular” clientele, even though both Car Washes are so close.
