Gasoline Service Station

This un-branded gas station is located on one of the busiest roads on Long Island. It pumps 90,0000 to 110,000 gallons a month. It also has a decent-size convenience store, but without lotto and beer. The seller, a lady, bought it about two months ago, who had no experience, in the past, to run a gas station. Now she, along with her small child, finds it extremely hard to run it. Because she must get out of it, so she is willing to finance. The gas station is on an excellent location. A person, who knows how to run a gas station, must buy it
