Fantastic Lighting And Repair Store

Fantastic Lighting and Repair Store—Great Location—Lease and Terms!! This is a great opportunity to own and operate a lighting and repair store! Available again as an asset sale, this business comes with all lighting inventory and turnkey furniture and fixtures. The space includes a private office, a 2-level showroom floor, a work repair area, a meeting area, a spacious front desk area, beautiful display windows with lots of natural light, a downstairs workshop and storage, a loading door and dock, a private bathroom, and a private parking lot. Super location close to shopping, restaurants, easy freeway access, and downtown San Bruno! This business was successfully run for eight years, and the owner sadly passed. It was purchased and never opened, and for personal reasons the second owner is selling.
