Established Custom Sign & Graphics Business

Established custom sign and graphics company with a strong reputation for quality and service, for sale in the mountains of central Arizona about 90 minutes from the Phoenix metro — a chance to live and work in the cool pines instead of the Valley heat. Owned and operated by experienced partners, the shop produces real estate and commercial signage, banners, window advertising, decals and vehicle graphics, plus a side line installing and renting sign posts for agents, contractors and small businesses. Limited local competition, with new residential and commercial construction driving demand for signage. Room to grow by expanding the existing online ordering through the company's websites and shipping beyond the local market. Best suited to a hands-on operator or family team; not suitable for absentee or passive investors. Low overhead: modest rent on leased production space carrying five one-year renewal options, one part-time project coordinator/designer, no franchise fees or royalties. Equipment, customer list, trade names and goodwill convey; inventory is purchased separately at cost. Seller will provide a reasonable transition and training period. An ideal buyer will bring experience in advertising or the graphics industry, along with strong customer service skills and design aptitude. Cash offers preferred, though SBA financing is a realistic path: a lender has reviewed the business and believes it should qualify with the right buyer. NDA and buyer profile required.
