Commercial and Residential Carpet and Floor Cleaning Business

Servicing Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties since 2009. This is a well established business specializing in cleaning carpet, tile and stone floors, upholstery, vinyl planking, pet stains, odor control, and sanitizing as well as emergency water extraction. Two built-out vans with equipment, large customer list and phone numbers bring in regular business. The business is owner operated. The current owner hurt his back and can no longer provide the service. This is a great opportunity for someone in the business as an acquisition, or someone interested in being trained and taking over a busy business. Sale includes both built out Vans, equipment, a 5 star Yelp account, website, phone # and over 1500 customer contacts. The seller is open to adjusting the price if both vehicle and some equipment is not needed.
