Agribusiness For Sale

Meadowbrook Farm is a family owned and operated business located just south of Salmo, BC.  Meadowbrook Farm has been growing organic greens since 1998 and took on Kootenay Sprouts in 2004.  We primarily supply grocery stores and restaurants in the West Kootenay with sprouts and salad greens.  All of our products are delivered within 24 hours of harvest and travel less than 50 km, resulting in some of the freshest local produce available. Meadowbrook Farm is certified through the Kootenay Organic Growers Society and a member of the COABC - Certified Organic Association of BC. Our facilities are inspected and licensed by Interior Health. The sale includes the business and all growing assets, including greenhouses, but not the property.  Sellers will provide transition support, and the expectation is that operations will be moved to a location of the buyers choosing within a reasonable transition period.
